Outside unit was damaged. Pulled lid off and straightened best I could. The install went smoothly. No leaks. Wish there were a shorter pre charged lines. All in all nice units. Just hooked up today. Will run it tomorrow.

Very happy with the unit, just installed and is running fine. Major problem with the
generic model dependent instructions VERY insufficient!! Borrowed a friends MR COOL
instructions, !00 times better.

It’s a bargain! Don’t let the self installation bother you. It’s relatively easy. And, don’t let the detailed torque spec info regarding the copper lines in the install manual make you nervous. You simply snug them with 2 adjustable wrenches.

Wonderful service, answered questions each call as needed. Instructions need more detailed instructions. Unhappy that the fan runs all the time. Asked if it did when I purchased it and was told only when operating. It’s in my garage and that is annoying. Would not purchase this unit if I had known that. I’m in Arizona and would have liked to set it and forget it but the dang fan would run whole time I would be away. Don’t buy this one if that would bother you, quiet but unneeded waste of energy. What can be done?

My first split unit install. Everything went perfect. The unit is super quiet. Install went per the video. Love it. Great price, fast shipping. I recommend these guys.

I purchased this unit in February and have not installed it yet. I plan on installing it in the spring. But the customer service is outstanding and very helpful. Plus you can’t beat the price on what they offer. Looking forward to getting this up and running and if I have any questions I know that they will be here to answer them.
