Had to call to order- website too confusing- prompt delivery- well packaged. Fast installation. Worked in 98 degree weather daily keeping my bedroom 78. It made loud noise intermittently sounding like metal touching a fan- now nothing. Overall great.

12000 BTU heater air conditioner
It was a perfect fit for replacing our old one. Received it in 3 days. Easy installation, plugged it in and its been working great for a year and a half. The 7 year warranty on top of that was icing on the cake. Very pleased.

Great unit
Bought to replace my 5 year old Amana that blew a fan for the second time. HVAC direct was great helping me pick out the proper unit. Got it in 3 days. Took 45 minutes to pull the old unit and replace.
Only issue I has was the instructions for the dip switches seemed to be marked differently from one image to the other in the manual. But all is good and a 7 year warranty makes me happy too.
