Reviews for Goodman 2.5 Ton 14.5 SEER2 80% AFUE 60,000 BTU Furnace and Heat Pump System - R32 Horizontal

Everything came undamaged, the extra time and care in packaging equipment will save you thousands in returns I'm sure, thank you.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance of the system and my buying experience with HVACDirect. I received the entire heat pump system (i.e. indoor and outdoor units and refrigerant line) within 4 days of placing the order, and all material was received undamaged and in full working order. The material came well packed and secured. My only critical comment is that the shipping notice was sent to me on the morning of the day I received the unit - more advance notice would have been helpful. I would highly recommend HVACDirect based on my experience.

I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Couldn't be happier. The new system is installed and working incredibly well. I saved a ton of money ordering it wholesale rather than through an HVAC dealer. Delivery was prompt and received in good order. Thank you guys so much.

I have been ordering from your company for a while and have never had a bad experience, Your sales guy Shawn is one of the best I’ve ever worked with

Glad we did a system upgrade. Super quiet and very efficient units with 10 year warranties. Looking forward to the savings on the electricity bill.

It was great! No complaints !!!

The unit is performing great and I am pleased with a ten year warranty.

Your team saved me lots of money and was extremely helpful. Thank you..

I'm an HVAC tech I can get my units for less with HVACDIRECT than my local supply co. I just bought ana 2 ton Goodman air handler and will be buying a heat pump condenser soon from these guys. they are very knowledgeable and provide great service

Installed yesterday and immediately cooled house down (3500 sq ft - main level ) in June temps of 80+
