- ACIQ 4 ton unitI installed this unit last weekend along with a matching coil during a heat wave. It performed perfectly. I like the 2 stage function. It drops to the 1st stage when it reaches thermostat set temp and maintains house temp using less energy. I hope this unit performs for years to come, but so far I am very happy especially the price I purchased it for.

- Terrific jobI purchased this furnace from HVAC Direct to replace an existing furnace in an old manufactured home. The specs and manual were available for the unit and were accurate ensuring that i was purchasing an appropriate unit. A service representative reached out to verify I didn't forget to purchase a flashing kit, which i appreciated because it would have been a problem if i had forgotten. Upon arrival the unit had some minor damage to the door. I reached out to HVAC Direct with pictures and an explanation of what I received and they sent me a new door without hesitation. Problems are inevitable, it is how a business handles problems that show if a business is good or bad. HVAC Direct definitely showed me they are a good business. I will purchase equipment from them again in the future and do recommended purchasing equipment from them.

Furnace seems to work well, blower and inducer are much louder than the old one, border line irritatingly loud, but moves quite a bit more air as well.

- Best price, fast shipping, great customer service!My air conditioning condenser went out in the middle of a heat wave, I called around everywhere in my town, all the service shop were at least a month backed up, I figured I’d get a unit and do it myself, I called local suppliers, they wouldn’t sell to me because I don’t have an HVAC buisness. So I searched online and hvac direct came up 1st on search, I checked the prices, I had to do research on them, I thought at those prices it had to be a scam, lol turned out nothing but good reviews. The unit was 1,000.00 cheaper than anything around so I ordered it, it came in less than a week and I installed it myself in 3 hours, had a HVAC guy come in to start it up, awesome unit and I’m saving 150.00 a month on my electric bill to boot! Highly recommend.

- I should have gotten one sooner!I installed the 3 Ton 18 SEER ACiQ Inverter Heat Pump Condenser with a 5 ton coil that matched my furnace box. The service manual has a chart to set the pressures to based on Temperature when at stable high cool/heat. I have it setup as a dual fuel configuration with my ancient 60% furnace. I am in Iowa and we get negative Temps. This heat pump has already saved me hundreds of dollars on my heating bill.

- Positive ExperienceAll in all a positive experience. The furnace works well and installed very easy. Delivery was very quick. Customer service leaves a little to be desired as I had to call twice to get an email receipt. Turns out my name was spelled wrong and I did correct it below. I ended up having to send an email to customer service and they replied with a receipt. Also a little disappointing the warranty is limited as I installed myself. Small things that will not hold me back from buying from your company again.

- Product working wellThe product is working well so far. My only complaint is with R&L Carriers that delivered the unit. These clowns just dropped it. No phone call for a day to arrive. Or knock on the door or anything. My roommate was home but had no idea it was outside at the end of the drive. No one signed for it or had a chance to inspect it. I work in the LTL freight business. I know what there damage rate is. Not giving customers a chance to check for damage is unacceptable. Let alone then not calling.. or knocking.. it Sat outside for hours before it was noticed. It could have easily been stolen.. also unacceptable. When I bought it the video said they would call and set up a day and time window.. they just didn't care.. absolutely ridiculous.

Jeff tried to reach out to me about purchasing a roof jack to go with the furnace but I was unable to access my email in time and the furnace shipped before I was able to contact him. - 4th system purchasedThis our 4th system purchase from HVAC direct. We have been very happy with the previous purchases. This last purchase seems all okay except for one issue. the Line set was to be 3/4” and 3/8” 30 foot. Since we just opened all of the boxes today, we found the 3/8” pipe was missing from the line set box. Only the 3/4” insulated pipe was in the box. The weather has been so cold we have stored the shipment until today.
