Excellent, so far after one year in New Hampshire. Installed myself, replacing a standard outdoor AC condenser. Running dual fuel with oil and a 20 Fahrenheit cut over, savings of 20% over oil alone even with high New Hampshire electricity prices. I have an energy meter on the circuit and this is accurate. Highly recommend it’s whisper quiet outside in the backyard where we hang out a lot.

Great customer service & awesome product

I purchased the 4 Ton ACiQ heat pump (Extreme Heat) and central air handler. I could not be more pleased. Quality of product is really good and can't say enough about the performance it has already shown me thus far. I love the variable nature of the fans and compressor. I'll be buying a 2nd 3 Ton unit pair to replace my remaining system.

Bought this unit in November so needed to have it running as soon as possible.

I have used this through one heating season and I couldn't be happier with the performance of the furnace. I have not had the AC part installed yet so I can only review the heating side.

Been great

My experience has been great so far. Even with the hvac unit delivery being held up do to weather. Not a big deal since we wont be installing for a while as house is still being constructed. I can update further once unit is installed in the fall.

I should have gotten one sooner!

I installed the 3 Ton 18 SEER ACiQ Inverter Heat Pump Condenser with a 5 ton coil that matched my furnace box. The service manual has a chart to set the pressures to based on Temperature when at stable high cool/heat. I have it setup as a dual fuel configuration with my ancient 60% furnace. I am in Iowa and we get negative Temps. This heat pump has already saved me hundreds of dollars on my heating bill.

I have not installed the latest mini -split system yet, but I have helped my brother and son-law install (3) units purchased from your company (1) 4-ton unit (1) 3 1/2-ton unit (1) 2-ton unit and they went in like a dream. I will let you know when the 4 ton mini -split system is installed, from the appearance and quality of the equipment I'm impressed.

I purchased one of your units about a month ago finally got it all installed had a few hiccups with it with the communication between the two units I called your tech support and sales and they helped me out we got over that hiccup and come to find out I had a bad controller thermostat they're sending me a new one I have my old thermostat wired in the unit works very well I'm very very pleased with it your sales and tech support is very helpful they took care of me pretty quick thank you so much

So far so good

So far so good. The new smell from the furnace is slowly abating.

The 25 year old bi-metal thermostat was not compatible with the assembly,

so I purchased a new one from Amazon. It was an inexpensive digital thermostat that seems to work well with the new furnace.I have learned to try to keep things as simple as possible.

Quick Delivery

The furnace was installed and has gone through a variety of weather conditions since. All seems to be good. We were actually surprised at how quickly it was delivered. We are hoping that the next utility bill will also reflect some gas usage reductions, even though it is not one of the highest rated furnaces. However, one comment was that it was (slightly) more noisy than the previous furnace.

I know it's been a couple of months since I got this. But I wasn't ready to respond. To date, I have not had the heater unit installed. Old one is still working and I am waiting for better weather. The Heater seems to be ok, looks like it should do what I want. Only issue for me is I am not real happy that it seems so many of our products are built outside the US. But this one is built in Mexico which I prefer over China. I think it will give good service for years to come, once it's actually installed. I was very happy with the help and support I got from purchasing the unit through you folks. And even delivery was good. Thx for your time in follow up. I look to buy more products from you guys again in the future. Happy Holidays.

Dan, the salesman that I talked to was super nice and quite helpful in the purchase that I made. Installing the unit into a fifty year old home was a little difficult, but I am satisfied with the finished product. The air conditioner has been operating great and we did test the heater which came right on but hasn't been used yet.
