Quiet and works almost too good! I had to turn it up so it wasn't so cold in here lol
Being from Houston were they make them the quality is very good the dependable is very good overall I've had good luck over a 30 year investment in goodman products. Some give them a bad wrap but I would put them up against the big names any day.
