I am very pleased with the units I bought. The furnace works well, stronger than the one I had before.

it's still sitting in the box unfortunately. Have not had the time I impulse bought this a little early. Great packaging and it should be a great fit. Happy with everything so far I just wish I bought it like next week or two. I'm super happy I just bought my first house recently.

Your website is fantastic.
Easy to walk through and has complete information on all products.
The actual purchasing process was excellent although we were a bit stumped at first with the section referring to the need for a lift.
A simple phone call provided clarity.

Overall pretty happy, I’ve not ran ac yet but have been running heat. I will say I was unaware at time of purchase that the a coil was a horizontal one. Turned out a good thing as I like how the set up went that way possibly better. But wish I’d of caught that at time of purchase. Over all good so far. Thanks
