We've just got our unit installed and so far it has run great and cools the house down quickly!

Company installed air handler and condenser on a 90 degree day, when done within a couple hours house was cooled.

So far, so good

It seems in this age society is eager to gripe and complain about bad customer service, but really gives credit where credit is due.
But in my case I must say the gentleman that that helped me with my condensing unit/EVAP coil order was most definitely one of the most professional and courteous C.S agents I've had in a long time.
It was refreshing talking to someone that was intelligent and knew what they were talking about.
He did not insult my intelligence by trying to upsell me. I will highly recommend your company and use your company when I need any of your products from here on out. They are exceptional products for the price.

Garbage unit, compressors DO NOT last. Goodman is no help, ruse customer service takes no responsibility whatsoever on their shoddy units like these. Buy ANY other company but avoid Goodman

I bought this unit AC and heater at the beginning of summer. Thankfully the product was available right away. The installer was great.

I communicated with your place by the online chat a couple times before I ordered the unit and that went fine with that - Your staff gave a fast response to a couple questions I had.

I got a prompt order confirmation right after I ordered - After a few days I got the shipping confirmation. I was easily able to track the shipping progress on that company's website. My driveway is a little tight which concerned me some about delivery. The delivery driver gave me a phone call when he arrived at the end of my driveway. I met him out on our main little country road with my pickup. He was a really nice guy - We transferred the A/C unit onto my truck and all went well. I got the unit delivered to my house in less than 10 days, like I was originally told by your staff.

The unit was installed the next day, just in time to beat our early Minnesota heatwave and all is working well with it.
