Fast shipping received wrong furnace on first delivery.. but customer service was good about it .. they picked up wrong furnace and sent correct furnace out in a reasonable time.. got furnace hooked up and seams to be working as it should..

I have a 2 1/2 , 3 , 5 ton
All have worked as expected great
The condenser is VERY noisy.
1. A compressor sound blanket would have helped a lot. I would have gladly paid $100 for the add.
2. There's a small section of low pressure pipe that's not insulated causing condensation leaking inside the condenser.
