Reviews for 2 Ton 13.4 SEER2 ACIQ Air Conditioner with 14" Vertical Cased Coil - R454B

I appreciated the careful estimate and sizing of the unit needed to match the size of my home. Other than routine maintenance, very good performance for over 7 years.

Love love love it.

Hello, the system works great!!! both heat and air,,, I am looking to get another system..

I just got this all hooked up and running last week, even though I bought it last year. So far, so good, my house is cool and comfortable. A note on shipping: the cover plate over the electrical connections got beat up by something en route. I took it off when it was delivered, and everything underneath was fine, so I accepted delivery.

Great service. The unit I originally ordered had a long lead time. A better unit was offered and it more than meets my needs. You have a great sales team. Second time doing business with your company and couldn't be more satisfied.

The website was great and easy to use. I could find everything I needed by searching around.

Order was packed well. Everything fit and is working great.

We are very pleased with doing business with you. Your ordering process of having it online, makes it very easy to do. Our orders have been accurate and the turn-around for delivery is fast. The units are working great.

We look forward to continuing to do business with you.

As far as the product. They seem to be well built. The installer said they are ICP which he said they are good. I'm happy with that. He install them correctly so everything is working fine.

Online purchase was easy. No haggle shipping. They where here and deliver as promised. Packing was very well done. Happy about that. Overall it was a good experience. The installer was so impressed he wanted to know where online I bought this.

Thx you for a great product and great experience..
