The order process and delivery is very good.
We haven’t installed the units yet, but the 2 previous units we purchased are working great.

Like the unit . Had an old Goodman unit which was about 41 years old. Had to replace it. Bought a new Goodman GSX130301. It was installed on July 22. 2022. Very cold air. Just very noise.

The product and customer service are above and beyond what I was expecting. I ordered the wrong product and they helped me with my mistake to get my order correct. Ben was awesome as well as the entire dock crew. I will order from here again.
