I am very pleased with the service you guys provided. The equipment showed up in a timely fashion and was in good condition as it is expected to be. I would recommend your company to others.

The unit is installed and working great. The initial purchase online was simple and easy to use. However, the first delivery was subpar but that was clearly not your fault. I was very surprised and pleased with the quick response of taking care of the damaged unit. I will definitely order from you guys again in the future!

Positive experience all around! Excellent job palletizing the unit for shipping. The unit was actually sitting in my garage ready to be installed before I got the email saying that it had shipped. I would highly recommend HVAC Direct!

Hello it works good my only complaint would be the exhaust fans in the black tube are pretty loud like blades touching inside tube or bad bearings.
