I am a "used-to-be"; I used to be in the trade, and so decided self installation with all my supplies was my best path. It was definitely a good one. I have a vacuum pump, manifolds, micron gage, supplies, everything but a recovery unit and recovery cylinder, so I was pretty much good to go. I hooked up with a pal and we recovered the refrigerant from the old unit.

All the new is good news:

The condenser was overpack wrapped with additional 1" thick protective cardboard.

The line set was packaged inside the overpack for the condenser.

Had a dent in the outside unit, truck driver took pictures of area upon my pick up,

Had it installed 7/16/22, working perfectly,

Everything came undamaged, the extra time and care in packaging equipment will save you thousands in returns I'm sure, thank you.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance of the system and my buying experience with HVACDirect. I received the entire heat pump system (i.e. indoor and outdoor units and refrigerant line) within 4 days of placing the order, and all material was received undamaged and in full working order. The material came well packed and secured. My only critical comment is that the shipping notice was sent to me on the morning of the day I received the unit - more advance notice would have been helpful. I would highly recommend HVACDirect based on my experience.

I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Couldn't be happier. The new system is installed and working incredibly well. I saved a ton of money ordering it wholesale rather than through an HVAC dealer. Delivery was prompt and received in good order. Thank you guys so much.

I'm an HVAC tech I can get my units for less with HVACDIRECT than my local supply co. I just bought ana 2 ton Goodman air handler and will be buying a heat pump condenser soon from these guys. they are very knowledgeable and provide great service

I manage 350 homes in a mobile home park and I am very familiar with revolv products. I also have a hvac technical background. I received the shipment in a timely manner, aside from furnace getting lost for a few days. The condenser had some cosmetic damage, but nothing that a little straightening couldn't fix. Installation was a breeze. The startup was a success and all the equipment functions worked like a charm. I am very pleased with my experience I had with hvac direct, and am very satisfied with my purchase.
