Reviews for ACIQ 2.5 Ton 13.4 SEER2 96% 40,000 BTU Furnace & AC System - R454B Multi-Positional

Hello, the system works great!!! both heat and air,,, I am looking to get another system..

I just got this all hooked up and running last week, even though I bought it last year. So far, so good, my house is cool and comfortable. A note on shipping: the cover plate over the electrical connections got beat up by something en route. I took it off when it was delivered, and everything underneath was fine, so I accepted delivery.

I completed the new furnace/AC install, and am very pleased with all the products. My order arrived quickly, was packed/crated very well and delivered with care. One of several nice features of HVAC Direct's website were the sizing calculators and the complete package "kits" (furnace/evaporator coil & condensing unit), which made me confident that the components I was ordering would work with/fit each other. The detailed descriptions with each product also were convenient for comparing the different kits so I knew exactly what I was ordering. The website is well done and convenient to navigate. Although I was hoping to purchase either American Standard or Trane, the ICP (Carrier) products you carried seemed like a reasonable compromise and I was pleased with the build quality of all the components.

Overall, well done website and excellent ordering/shipping experience.

Great service. The unit I originally ordered had a long lead time. A better unit was offered and it more than meets my needs. You have a great sales team. Second time doing business with your company and couldn't be more satisfied.

The website was great and easy to use. I could find everything I needed by searching around.

Order was packed well. Everything fit and is working great.
