Reviews for ACIQ 1.5 Ton 13.4 SEER2 80% 40,000 BTU Furnace & AC System - R454B Upflow / Downflow

The bang for the buck if you finish building the furnace I have had to do a number of things on these icp cabinets this one came without a inducer circle clip that holds the inducer wheel on so I zip tied it over 3 days it held up while I had to purchase a push and lock o ring put in on when I got it good to go not to bad for factory mess ups nothing to do with hvac direct but I do fell they owe me time and money to track down that lock ring as it's the company they do business with. ;)

Ordered product Saturday afternoon, quick application 4 financing, literally showed up @ doorstep Tues noon, can't be at that and showed up well packaged perfect condition

We live in an old 140 year old house with almost no insulation except in the attic. When our 400,000 BTU furnace died, we had to cut it out to get it out of the basement. We ended up picking up 4 of these furnaces to take the place of the old one and then we set up different zones in our home for each of the areas.
This furnace can be installed in almost any configuration and that was just the ticket we needed.
The furnaces came in very quick, and to no fault of HVACDirect, all furnaces came in with freight damage. It was very little and I was able to install all of them in less than a week.

Great product at an unbelievable price!!!

Installed for a customer. Great price and quality. Very versatile furnace and easy to configure. Quality cabinet construction.

1st time with ACiQ equipment. I think it is a great value. Would certainly buy another. Thanks.

Had a few hickups with substitution and delay but staff was helpful, available, and did the best they could. I appreciate the support and the equipment. HVAC Direct is ok! Thanks

I like the product I could by more if the price is cheaper

Furnace was at my door in less than a week

A little noise. Not real pleased with the multiple position air handler. All in all pretty good buy.

Everything was shipped as ordered and on time. No damages
