- So far, so goodPrice100%Quality100%Service80%I just got this all hooked up and running last week, even though I bought it last year. So far, so good, my house is cool and comfortable. A note on shipping: the cover plate over the electrical connections got beat up by something en route. I took it off when it was delivered, and everything underneath was fine, so I accepted delivery.

- Great servicePrice100%Quality100%Service100%Great service. The unit I originally ordered had a long lead time. A better unit was offered and it more than meets my needs. You have a great sales team. Second time doing business with your company and couldn't be more satisfied.
