The unit came about 5 days after ordered. Furnace so quiet you can hardly hear it running, heats intirer house in 10 minutes.

Only warning I have is be sure you want your unit delivered asap! I ordered 1 day and it was delivered 2 days later. I'm definitely not complaining about the 2-day shipping. I was just shocked and looking for a delivery a week from the date of order.

I bought and installed this unit to replace a 20+ year old Bryant 60k BTU UNIT that was undersized. From the first call to HVAC Direct to ask pertinent questions through delivery to the bed of my pickup every thing was as expected with no surprises. Installation was smooth and when powered up the unit worked perfectly. We haven’t tried the AC yet because of the weather but everything else seems great and I purchased the extended warranty in case there’s a problem when we try the AC.
