    There was no service requested. My son worked for a HVAC company and was able to install this unit for me. The unit almost fit where the existing furnace was located. The furnace works great and keeps the house comfortably heated. The price was great. My only concern is the fan seems to run 2x faster than the old unit, and is pretty loud.

    Everything from the beginning to the end was a great experience and even a better unit. The only thing I'd like to suggest is to put stickers on the shipping box and on the A-Coil itself to indicate that the R-32 sensor is locate inside the A-Coil box.

  4. Goodman Condenser
    The condenser is VERY noisy.
    1. A compressor sound blanket would have helped a lot. I would have gladly paid $100 for the add.
    2. There's a small section of low pressure pipe that's not insulated causing condensation leaking inside the condenser.

    I am very pleased with your service. It's always very quick and efficient. However I was not pleased with the Goodman product my company last received. After installing the unit for the costumer the compressor did not work. It has caused a lot of turmoil with the customer and many unpaid labor hours for my company.

    I know sometimes some negative comments are good to give you something to work on but for now; you guys seem to have a good process in place.

  55. Goodman Poor Reliability and Performance
    A Goodman "4-ton" 14 SEER was installed in our new house. It cannot keep up with Phoenix summer heat. Specs show it only puts out 3.5 tons. Our experience is that it can only maintain 82° up to 116° ambient. The capacitor has gone out twice in four years. Our previous house has a Trane that was still going after 25 years with no trouble.

    I purchased a Goodman 3 tn. AC unit from you.

    I have listed my comments below:

    The sales support person was very helpful. He asked questions that I had not thought of. This resulted in an order that exactly satisfied my requirements. I have a split system that I was replacing only the AC section and retaining the gas furnace section. He made sure that we had the correct measurements for the condenser/coil pack. This saved me from having to return and replace components.
    As promised the order was shipped the next business day, with a tracking number and carrier information.
    My order arrived on schedule with no damage, and correct as per the order. Everything fit perfectly. The carrier who delivered, unloaded and placed the order in my garage.
    HVACDIRECT exceeded my expectations. My contact was very knowledgeable, patient, and enjoyable to work with. I will soon be requiring another AC unit and I plan to purchase from HVACDirect.
