- Very goodPrice60%Quality80%Service80%I had this installed last Friday. It is working like a champ. The air coming out of it is so cold & running my condenser unit like it is supposed to run. have only used the heat portion once when it was first stared & it warmed my trailer very quickly after not having any heat for 2 weeks. Very good unit.

- ReviewPrice100%Quality100%Service100%There was no service requested. My son worked for a HVAC company and was able to install this unit for me. The unit almost fit where the existing furnace was located. The furnace works great and keeps the house comfortably heated. The price was great. My only concern is the fan seems to run 2x faster than the old unit, and is pretty loud.

- HVAC equipmentPrice100%Quality100%Service100%Ordered furnace, ac coil, and condenser to match. Upon arrival all three items we're damaged, I refused shipment and took pictures. I contacted HVAC direct immediately and informed them of the situation. They sent out new equipment without any delay and the new shipment arrived quicker than the first. Second time around all HVAC equipment is in great condition. I have not finished installing yet, but I am impressed with the speed in which HVAC direct solved my shipping damage. I will be ordering more in the future because of their willingness to make a bad situation good!
