Reviews for ACIQ 2.5 Ton 14.3 SEER2 95% AFUE 72,000 BTU Mobile Home Air Conditioner and Gas Furnace System| R454B

Every thing is exceptionally great. Both products I purchased are doing a good job. I’m glad I went with your company because of the quality of the products and the great customer service I received.

I have referred your company to friends and family members and insisted that they call you when in need of A/C or heating issues. Thank you again for your quality performance.

I just wanted to tell you that from ordering, to shipping, to the install, and the performance is the unit was great. I have no complaints. The unit is surprisingly quiet for a less expensive unit. Very happy!!

As far as I can tell the products purchase from you are of the highest quality. Installing the equipment in my home allowed me time to avoid shortcuts in workmanship, so only time will tell. I suggest you ask the question again in twenty years. maintenance is the key now including air filters, cleaning of coils and replacing switches as they reach their end of service life.

Formerly I was licensed in the State of Texas Class B environmental and commercial allowing all of that to expire December 28, 2004. I'm 63 years of age now, employed outside of this industry and no longer have to climb into attics.

Finally I appreciate the interactions with your sales staff. They have proven themselves generous and knowledgeable. I would appreciate seeing an expansion of your services to include replacement parts.

Thanks for your inquiry, make it a great day and God bless The United States of America.

I'm very satisfied on the unit thank yall so much

Thank you. The whole experience with HVAC Direct has been terrific!

Everything was as stated

The products appear to be good quality. I am still waiting to have them installed in our new home. Service was good no issues. I have recommended your company to other people.

So far everything works good!

Just put one of these for a state agency I do weatherization work for and I was really happy with it. The install went good and was easier than an 80% because I didn’t have to fight to reuse the rusted vent kit. I already have several more on order.
