It took me awhile to actually hook it up due to my schedule got it working just before we got our first snow in Florida in a long time. It has performed wonderfully over the last few days. Couldn't be more pleased with the unit. My only critique would be that the adapters I ordered were not made to fit the unit, so I had to have boxes made which slowed me down a little bit. the adapters were a generic round to square adapter and the spot welds fell off of one of them during shipping. the customer service was awesome and they sent me replacement.

It looks much better built than our last heat pump. We had it installed, and it's working great! I think the heating and air company made an excellent decision to go with this unit. The reviews are very good, so I think we made the right choice. Looking forward to getting many years of use, and the 10-year warranty is good too.
