    Ordering was quick and easy.
Delivery was quick (2-days after order received).
Install was super easy. Only mod required was transition from
old duct size to new size.
Unit came on and worked 100%, has not stopped since.

Note: I have been asked by others about my experience. One of them has already made a purchase from HVADIRECT due to my influence and the other will probably next year when her system completely dies.

My system went out on New Years Day and Seaside Heating and Air (Wilmington NC) installed this new unit - has worked flawlessly.
