I just wanted to tell you that from ordering, to shipping, to the install, and the performance is the unit was great. I have no complaints. The unit is surprisingly quiet for a less expensive unit. Very happy!!

As far as I can tell the products purchase from you are of the highest quality. Installing the equipment in my home allowed me time to avoid shortcuts in workmanship, so only time will tell. I suggest you ask the question again in twenty years. maintenance is the key now including air filters, cleaning of coils and replacing switches as they reach their end of service life.

Formerly I was licensed in the State of Texas Class B environmental and commercial allowing all of that to expire December 28, 2004. I'm 63 years of age now, employed outside of this industry and no longer have to climb into attics.

Finally I appreciate the interactions with your sales staff. They have proven themselves generous and knowledgeable. I would appreciate seeing an expansion of your services to include replacement parts.

The products appear to be good quality. I am still waiting to have them installed in our new home. Service was good no issues. I have recommended your company to other people.

I am very happy with the purchase and with the equipment. I installed the furnace myself. I replaced an 80%, 22 year old Bryant. So far so good. I like the higher efficiency, the two stage burner and variable fan.

My only issue, which is small, is that the shipper must have set something heavy on the A coil, pushing in the top a little bit. I was able to bend it back. But if it was bent much more, I would have not been able to.

I saved a lot of money doing it myself.
