I was very happy with the quality and speed of service from HVAC Direct. Communication was great, and my shipment arrived quickly and in great shape. My new furnace and propane conversion kit went together easily and I am enjoying a nice, warm store again.

The service was great good delivery time. Only thing is the sizing for the system on your website is wrong. I purchased a unit that is too big. Now have to figure out if we can use it or not.

I just installed this last Thursday (11/17/2022), and it works great, installed easy and then fired right up. Great Furnace.

Shipped quickly and delivery driver was pleasant. Furnace quality is great and it works flawlessly. It is very quiet and moves plenty of air. It was delivered and installed before I even got a response from a local HVAC company!

My AC and furnace arrived in excellent shape, on time, and were installed a few days later by a licensed HVAC service. They were tuned and are working great!

I am very happy with my dealings with you. When I called with a number of questions they were all answered while I was on the phone. When I called back and placed the order I felt very comfortable with my decision to purchase the furnace from you. The furnace was delivered on time and the way it was packaged was very impressive. I don't think much could have happened to that unit under any circumstances. So, right off the bat I felt good about dealing with you folks. The instructions that came with the unit were very clear and the schematics were easy to follow. The unit works very well and I got it installed just in time for our below freezing temperatures. The sales staff was top shelf, logistics, par or a bit below. Issue resolution was very good. Unfortunately in our ongoing tragedy, every aspect of logistics is broken or hanging by a thread, contractors are rare and on my occasion the partial shipment set me back 3 weeks.

All is up and running as of Wednesday, now I simply need to to the warranty filing and I'm good.

Installed it over summer. Just now starting it up and it is running like a champ.
