I'm glad we found hvacdirect.com, we ended up saving $$ because of them. Much better price than relying on the installer.

Everything went as planned, delivered quickly, hooked up easy, and could the house as planned. Great service and I have no complaints. I believe it is the 3rd or 4th unit I have purchased through HVAC Direct

We just ordered three AC systems from your site and everything arrived in a timely manner.
Your pricing is fair.
Your salesmen and support staff are doing a great job. I know you are dealing with some supply chain issues which prompted your sales guy to reach out to me and suggest another brand that was available.
I know sometimes some negative comments are good to give you something to work on but for now; you guys seem to have a good process in place.
We're going to be ordering many more AC systems from you guys in the coming months. Keep up the good work.
