We decided to go with a Goodman furnace because of several friends recommending it.

My first good one lasted 17 years so I got another one

My experience with HVAC direct was excellent in every way! The technician that helped me was very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in advising me as to what I needed for my home. I had a few minor issues with the dimensions only because I gave the wrong sizes that were needed. HVAC direct technicians quickly corrected the issue before the product was sent. I also have to say being it was winter time I was amazed at how fast my new furnace arrived at my home! I was also very pleased that the way it was packaged, it got here without a dent or scratch or bang to it. When I open the box I was very happy with the quality of the product and as I am a jack of all trades I installed it myself effortlessly. I am very happy with HVAC direct. I got nothing but good to say about these people. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend them. I might also add I like their website as well very easy to maneuver and find what you need.

Quick installation. Knowledgeable staff. Very satisfied with the product.

heard on the light bill

So far so good. It has been in service for only 2 weeks as a heat pump. I hope it works well in AC mode as well. Some sort of feet on the bottom of the unit to help leveling and reduce vibration would be nice.

Excellent job by installation crew. Friendly, informative, ontime
