Reviews for 3.5 Ton 14.5 SEER2 96% AFUE 100,000 BTU Hybrid Heat Pump & Furnace System - R32 Dual Fuel Downflow

Product was delivered quickly, and the unit is working great! I had hoped the carrier would have been able to load it into our warehouse, but instead he had to drop it on the sidewalk next to our building due to his truck being so large and company policy. Other than that, it was a smooth transaction.

Thanks again,

Great experience with this company and friendly staff. I have recommended HVAC direct to many people. Thank you.

You guys were perfect and your freight delivery guy was above and beyond. Thanks

Very happy with the heat pump system. Working well

after a few hic ups on my original order, I received the furnace I wanted. The furnace was very easy to install and works well. Overall am very happy with HVAC direct and your team. Thank you.

I had a great experience with my purchase from HVACDirect. I worked with Chad and he did an incredible job helping me to find an AC unit and had it delivered within a couple days. I'm especially grateful for his assistance because I do have a couple local AC companies that were not able to get a unit for between 2 and 4 weeks due to supply chain issues. My impression was Chad really put forth extra effort to be able to get the unit quickly. It was over 100 degrees and the existing unit failed completely so his effort was very much appreciated.

Lastly - I did want to share that because of the great work by Chad that I was able to cancel my order from Alpine home air since they failed to meet their promise to ship the same day as the payment was made by several days. In fact, I received my order sooner than I would have received the unit from Alpine Air if they would have shipped it on time.

HVAC Direct has a new loyal customer as a result.

Thank you very much.

I'm really impressed with the product and customer service i have received throughout this whole process. My unit is working fine and was an easy replacement for what I had. I would recommend your business to anyone whose looking for HVAC products.

We have not installed this system yet, waiting for a break in this brutal heat. My system is still working (just old) so no reason to take a chance and be without air conditioning at our ages.

BUT…… the guy who helped me on the phone with my order was FANTASTIC, don’t lose him.

Thank you for being able to deliver to my home. The products are wonderful! We have recommended you guys and we were recommended to you all as well. Well worth my time and money. Hope you all continue doing business with working class people and continue to strive. Again thank you hvac direct!

the unit has been installed and it has been running really good.

Thank you very much for your help.
