The unit is installed and working great. The initial purchase online was simple and easy to use. However, the first delivery was subpar but that was clearly not your fault. I was very surprised and pleased with the quick response of taking care of the damaged unit. I will definitely order from you guys again in the future!

I had hoped the carrier would have been able to load it into our warehouse, but instead he had to drop it on the sidewalk next to our building due to his truck being so large and company policy. Other than that, it was a smooth transaction.
