My a/c quit last fall. After some research I decided to do a full replacement of both units. After placing my order there were some out of stock issues. Nicholas was great in helping me get substitutions for my order. There were also some concerns about the delivery. He was great in coordinating the day and delivery time. Thanks again for great service !!

A little louder than the old furnace, but works great. Filters much better!

This is a great company with great products. The owner of this company is an amazing man who cares deeply for people, and it shows with the way they do business. I highly recommend purchasing any and all HVAC equipment from HVACDIRECT.COM

It works. Haven't had it long enough to review but have had other Goodman furnaces and have had little or no problems.
