I couldn’t be happier with my HVAC Direct purchase. It was a great experience.

I am a homeowner with a strong set of skills but we all have to know our limits.

I had a buddy with 40+ years experience help out. He was super impressed with the quality of the products. He said I got everything needed, nothing extra and he said most people don't know enough to buy a Thermal Expansion Valve. It's not necessary but increases efficiency.

Heater works great. It was received very promptly and was packaged well.

My experience has been great so far. Even with the hvac unit delivery being held up do to weather. Not a big deal since we wont be installing for a while as house is still being constructed. I can update further once unit is installed in the fall.

I installed the 3 Ton 18 SEER ACiQ Inverter Heat Pump Condenser with a 5 ton coil that matched my furnace box. The service manual has a chart to set the pressures to based on Temperature when at stable high cool/heat. I have it setup as a dual fuel configuration with my ancient 60% furnace. I am in Iowa and we get negative Temps. This heat pump has already saved me hundreds of dollars on my heating bill.

It was great! The delivery was great and the unit went in like a dream. In addition the unit is working great !!!!!!!! and I love it. When I need to put another one in I will call ya'll.
