I have not installed the latest mini -split system yet, but I have helped my brother and son-law install (3) units purchased from your company (1) 4-ton unit (1) 3 1/2-ton unit (1) 2-ton unit and they went in like a dream. I will let you know when the 4 ton mini -split system is installed, from the appearance and quality of the equipment I'm impressed.

I purchased one of your units about a month ago finally got it all installed had a few hiccups with it with the communication between the two units I called your tech support and sales and they helped me out we got over that hiccup and come to find out I had a bad controller thermostat they're sending me a new one I have my old thermostat wired in the unit works very well I'm very very pleased with it your sales and tech support is very helpful they took care of me pretty quick thank you so much

Everything looks great. Not installed yet but it will be by the end of March.

I had my original furnace show up damaged but I sent an email with photos and details of the damage and I quickly was on contact with Greg, Alessia, and Cassidy who got a replacement unit sent out on a timely manner. The process was hassle free and I would gladly buy from you again. The replacement furnace works perfect. Thanks to all who helped me resolve this issue. Everyone was a pleasure to work with!
