delivery time was great. was supposed to be delivered on friday, was delivered on weds. install was done with minimal difficulty. hook up was very easy, lit first try and working great

haven't installed it yet but looks to be good quality. Looks to be the same as Bryant or carrier product

Massive upgrade from my 28yo unit. Impossibly quiet… you wouldn’t know that’s it’s on unless you visually noticed the fan going. Instructions were easy enough for a first time DIY, although the circuit board instructions weren’t perfect. Tech support was unreasonably skilled, patient, and helpful, and not above some hand holding. Would absolutely buy again.

Replaced a 25 year old. Much quieter and better fan performance.

So much better than the 20 year old unit it replaced. Great support from HVAC, excellent price.

My a/c quit last fall. After some research I decided to do a full replacement of both units. After placing my order there were some out of stock issues. Nicholas was great in helping me get substitutions for my order. There were also some concerns about the delivery. He was great in coordinating the day and delivery time. I had delivered an ACiQ 80% 110,000 BTU furnace. It is working great. I replaced a high efficiency 90% Bryant that had a known secondary heat exchanger issue. I watched The DIY HVAC Guy on youtube that recommended that all high efficiency units are crap and to go back to 80%. He couldn't be more right. The unit is running fine with no problems. The install was easy. I had to redo the ducting as per his instructions. The price i paid $1,300 compared to what Bryant installers wanted $13,000 was a no brainer. If you have mechanical hands and like stop watch How To youtube videos, get this one! You wont be disappointed. The heat is excellent a d the fan is 3 times more powerful than I used to have. Excellent unit thay will last 30+ years.

works great so far. easy to install. runs 1/4 of the time my 30 year old furnace ran, blows alot of air!

At present we’re not using the heat but unit is performing well with external AC unit.
Returned thermostat due not being able to be incorporated into existing system. Return was painless and prompt reimbursement.
Would again purchase products from these
folks if need be.
