    My a/c quit last fall. After some research I decided to do a full replacement of both units. After placing my order there were some out of stock issues. Nicholas was great in helping me get substitutions for my order. There were also some concerns about the delivery. He was great in coordinating the day and delivery time.   3. ACIQ 4 ton unit
    I installed this unit last weekend along with a matching coil during a heat wave. It performed perfectly. I like the 2 stage function. It drops to the 1st stage when it reaches thermostat set temp and maintains house temp using less energy. I hope this unit performs for years to come, but so far I am very happy especially the price I purchased it for.

    Only time will tell when it comes to long term reliability but I have confidence I'll not need to make any claims during the 12 year warranty period.

    I received our ACiQ Condenser & compressor within 7 days of order. Minor issue with a dent in 1 corner of the condenser unit without affecting the performance.   9. Best price, fast shipping, great customer service!
    My air conditioning condenser went out in the middle of a heat wave, I called around everywhere in my town, all the service shop were at least a month backed up, I figured I’d get a unit and do it myself, I called local suppliers, they wouldn’t sell to me because I don’t have an HVAC buisness. So I searched online and hvac direct came up 1st on search, I checked the prices, I had to do research on them, I thought at those prices it had to be a scam, lol turned out nothing but good reviews. The unit was 1,000.00 cheaper than anything around so I ordered it, it came in less than a week and I installed it myself in 3 hours, had a HVAC guy come in to start it up, awesome unit and I’m saving 150.00 a month on my electric bill to boot! Highly recommend.

  10. Great deal! Way less energy use!
    Really nice product. 3 ton unit runs 10 times quieter than my old 2 ton unit. Looks so much better than traditional condensers and uses half the electricity of my old one.

    Recently purchased a package deal with this heat pump. I’m new to the heat pump world but so far it’s working great. Only negative part is I didn’t get the loggo for my unit missing the ACiQ but oh well otherwise great product so far only time will tell.

  19. Good equipment, good price!!!
    I was reluctant to purchase hvac equipment on line worrying about what it would look like after shipping. I'm here to tell you that I've never seen anything packing so well and protected! Furnace, condenser and a acoil were all individually pallitized and then put on a regular pallet all together. Even had foam between everything! I don't think it could have been hurt it it was rolled down the highway. Kudos to your shipping department. I've purchased more equipment since this system and all was just as great. Thank hvacdirect.com! Well done

    I am very impressed with your company. From your sales, especially Chad, down to the shipping. On all my previous orders, the packing is done very well and quick. I can’t see me ordering any HVAC equipment with out looking at you first.

    Speaking of products, I am very impressed with this ACiQ line. I think the Koreans do some nice stuff.

    When I needed some technical support I got quick and helpful info.

    I’ve been doing HVAC since 1965. I think the direction you are taking here is the right move. Keep up the great work!

    My experience has been great so far. Even with the hvac unit delivery being held up do to weather. Not a big deal since we wont be installing for a while as house is still being constructed. I can update further once unit is installed in the fall.

  28. I should have gotten one sooner!
    I installed the 3 Ton 18 SEER ACiQ Inverter Heat Pump Condenser with a 5 ton coil that matched my furnace box. The service manual has a chart to set the pressures to based on Temperature when at stable high cool/heat. I have it setup as a dual fuel configuration with my ancient 60% furnace. I am in Iowa and we get negative Temps. This heat pump has already saved me hundreds of dollars on my heating bill.

    I have not installed the latest mini -split system yet, but I have helped my brother and son-law install (3) units purchased from your company (1) 4-ton unit (1) 3 1/2-ton unit (1) 2-ton unit and they went in like a dream.     I purchased one of your units about a month ago finally got it all installed had a few hiccups with it with the communication between the two units I called your tech support and sales and they helped me out we got over that hiccup and come to find out I had a bad controller thermostat they're sending me a new one I have my old thermostat wired in the unit works very well I'm very very pleased with it your sales and tech support is very helpful they took care of me pretty quick thank you so much

  43. 4th system purchased
    This our 4th system purchase from HVAC direct. We have been very happy with the previous purchases. This last purchase seems all okay except for one issue. the Line set was to be 3/4” and 3/8” 30 foot. Since we just opened all of the boxes today, we found the 3/8” pipe was missing from the line set box. Only the 3/4” insulated pipe was in the box. The weather has been so cold we have stored the shipment until today.

    Other than this issue everything has been stellar! We are about ready to order another system.

    Order arrived in a timely manner. It was nicely packaged for proper transport without damage. All items on order were present.

    No installation manuals, no owners manuals and no warranty paperwork were included with shipment, very disappointed in that! With the exception of the filter box I did get some paperwork with it.

    Products look well built. I haven't installed them yet.
