    My a/c quit last fall. After some research I decided to do a full replacement of both units. After placing my order there were some out of stock issues.   4. Excellent Unit - powerful fan!
    I had delivered an ACiQ 80% 110,000 BTU furnace. It is working great. I replaced a high efficiency 90% Bryant that had a known secondary heat exchanger issue. I watched The DIY HVAC Guy on youtube that recommended that all high efficiency units are crap and to go back to 80%. He couldn't be more right. The unit is running fine with no problems. The install was easy. I had to redo the ducting as per his instructions. The price i paid $1,300 compared to what Bryant installers wanted $13,000 was a no brainer. If you have mechanical hands and like stop watch How To youtube videos, get this one! You wont be disappointed. The heat is excellent a d the fan is 3 times more powerful than I used to have. Excellent unit thay will last 30+ years.

  8. ACIQ 4 ton unit
    I installed this unit last weekend along with a matching coil during a heat wave. It performed perfectly. I like the 2 stage function. It drops to the 1st stage when it reaches thermostat set temp and maintains house temp using less energy. I hope this unit performs for years to come, but so far I am very happy especially the price I purchased it for.

    We have installed about 6 of these, replacing williams wall furnaces. They work great. after 2 years, be sure to clean ignition sensor. That's the only thing we have done, other than clean filters.

    This furnace was almost the same size as my 32 year old Carrier I replaced (6" shorter). CS was able to change order and I received the right size. Fast shipping and shipping damage. The new ACiQ furnace is quieter than the old one. Temp-Rise test was in range with factory settings. Saved a bundle and very happy with this product.

    Very pleasant buying experience and faster delivery than I ever expected. I was thrown one small curve when the unit arrived and it was a different brand than originally ordered. Did some checking and found they were in the same corporate family and the only difference is the sticker on the front so it’s no problem.

    The bang for the buck if you finish building the furnace I have had to do a number of things on these icp cabinets this one came without a inducer circle clip that holds the inducer wheel on so I zip tied it over 3 days it held up while I had to purchase a push and lock o ring put in on when I got it good to go not to bad for factory mess ups nothing to do with hvac direct but I do fell they owe me time and money to track down that lock ring as it's the company they do business with. ;)

  19. Great Product at an Unbelievable Price!
    We live in an old 140 year old house with almost no insulation except in the attic. When our 400,000 BTU furnace died, we had to cut it out to get it out of the basement. We ended up picking up 4 of these furnaces to take the place of the old one and then we set up different zones in our home for each of the areas.
    This furnace can be installed in almost any configuration and that was just the ticket we needed.
    The furnaces came in very quick, and to no fault of HVACDirect, all furnaces came in with freight damage. It was very little and I was able to install all of them in less than a week.

  22. Best price, fast shipping, great customer service!
    My air conditioning condenser went out in the middle of a heat wave, I called around everywhere in my town, all the service shop were at least a month backed up, I figured I’d get a unit and do it myself, I called local suppliers, they wouldn’t sell to me because I don’t have an HVAC buisness. So I searched online and hvac direct came up 1st on search, I checked the prices, I had to do research on them, I thought at those prices it had to be a scam, lol turned out nothing but good reviews. The unit was 1,000.00 cheaper than anything around so I ordered it, it came in less than a week and I installed it myself in 3 hours, had a HVAC guy come in to start it up, awesome unit and I’m saving 150.00 a month on my electric bill to boot! Highly recommend.

  47. I should have gotten one sooner!
    I installed the 3 Ton 18 SEER ACiQ Inverter Heat Pump Condenser with a 5 ton coil that matched my furnace box. The service manual has a chart to set the pressures to based on Temperature when at stable high cool/heat. I have it setup as a dual fuel configuration with my ancient 60% furnace. I am in Iowa and we get negative Temps. This heat pump has already saved me hundreds of dollars on my heating bill.

  61. 4th system purchased
    This our 4th system purchase from HVAC direct. We have been very happy with the previous purchases. This last purchase seems all okay except for one issue. the Line set was to be 3/4” and 3/8” 30 foot. Since we just opened all of the boxes today, we found the 3/8” pipe was missing from the line set box. Only the 3/4” insulated pipe was in the box. The weather has been so cold we have stored the shipment until today.

    Other than this issue everything has been stellar! We are about ready to order another system.

    Yes I'll take a moment to Evaluate the service from HVAC.

    The sales staff was top shelf, logistics, par or a bit below. Issue resolution was very good. Unfortunately in our ongoing tragedy, every aspect of logistics is broken or hanging by a thread, contractors are rare and on my occasion the partial shipment set me back 3 weeks.

    All is up and running as of Wednesday, now I simply need to to the warranty filing and I'm good.

The equipment arrived undamaged and somewhat clear instructions...
