Reviews for ACiQ 2 Ton 15.5 SEER2 10kW Mobile Home Electric Furnace & Air Conditioner System - R454B Inverter

Only time will tell when it comes to long term reliability but I have confidence I'll not need to make any claims during the 12 year warranty period.
Happy to be an HVAC Direct customer.

PS. Don't trust other shady sellers whose tag line is "At these prices our air conditioners won't last" 8-)

Running well and appears very solid.

DOES WHAT IT IS SOUPOSED TO DO

I installed this unit myself and it works great. I installed it for my brother-in-law.

I bought this for my daughter and it was excellent, easy to install and works great heating very fast. Definitely recommend it. Fast shipping and very helpful staff

I received our ACiQ Condenser & compressor within 7 days of order. Minor issue with a dent in 1 corner of the condenser unit without affecting the performance. I would recommend HVAC Direct to anyone seeking quality products, excellent service, knowledgeable employees, rapid delivery and great pricing.

Great product and fast shipping

I thought I might of bought to big of a unit and probably did but it heats my house up to temperature in 3 minutes and I’m ok with it lol

Super price and went in perfect heats the house up super fast

My air conditioning condenser went out in the middle of a heat wave, I called around everywhere in my town, all the service shop were at least a month backed up, I figured I’d get a unit and do it myself, I called local suppliers, they wouldn’t sell to me because I don’t have an HVAC buisness. So I searched online and hvac direct came up 1st on search, I checked the prices, I had to do research on them, I thought at those prices it had to be a scam, lol turned out nothing but good reviews. The unit was 1,000.00 cheaper than anything around so I ordered it, it came in less than a week and I installed it myself in 3 hours, had a HVAC guy come in to start it up, awesome unit and I’m saving 150.00 a month on my electric bill to boot! Highly recommend.
