The ordering process was easy, the delivery was made with no problems. The furnace was exactly what I needed. It performs even better than I expected. I am glad I upgraded. What a difference it makes with the dehumidifier makes, maybe even as much as the heat itself.

So far the furnace works great. We'll have to wait till spring to try out the AC. No issues with the install. Equipment was in great condition when delivered.

Furnace is more efficient. It is little bit more noisy vs pervious furnace but this outweighs the efficiency.
