Love these stoves. Have two one in house and one in work shop. Both have been very reliable and put out plenty of heat with the right fuel. Low maintenance is a main concern for me and they deliver that consistently.

works great 2025 / 2026 been a lite winter so have not had to use it march now so i,ll wait tell this comeing winter

We bought our Big E in 2010 to heat our 20’ x 32’ living room and it’s never let us down. I’d actually like to buy a new one, but afraid the quality might not be the same. Service of any kind in Ct. is expensive so a good quality low maintenance stove is such a bonus!

My experience with HVACDIRECT has been great and the stove is performing nicely; although here in Ohio we finally had some 35 degree weather at night this being April. I bought the stove in middle March while i was out of state in our Md. home. HVACDIRECT was nice enough to hold shipping until i returned to Ohio April 1st. It arrived a couple days later, nicely crated and packed with no damage. Very quick shipping. I first started it last night and of course had some operator error. However now running on 2 position it is heating our home very well! Thanks HVACDIRECT for what i believe to be a good buy and pleasant experience...

We've had the Big E for a year and a half now and this last winter was the coldest we live in eastern Oregon and Hollis down in the state it has been fantastic and has run fantastic well made course it is it's made in America

We have had ours for 14 years. We love the stove, we have had to update the ignition, control board and fan. But 14 years later it’s still ripping. Good product
