Great unit

The A/C unit arrived as promised in 2 separate packages. The main box was slightly damaged but the product inside was OK due to the excellent package material used in shipping. Installation went well and the noise level when running is quieter than my old A/C. Cools great and the heat option is a bonus. Overall I am very happy with this unit and would purchase this brand again.

Great Mini-split

We received the order very quickly and the equipment was in great packaging. I had my installers install this equipment on February 4, started up and works great, however, my technician sent me a photo of the suction service valve, looks like the stem was stripped, he managed to get the service valve open but we will never be able to service this valve in the future in the event we have to close the service valve again, I can forward the picture to you if needed.
We are satisfied with the equipment and operation.

Hands Down! Aciq never disappoint!

Cannot say enough about their units, I have gotten total 4 units (1 Hybrid heat pump and gas furnace, 2 Heat pumps (yet to be installed), and this 1 garage mini split) installed at my property and it works flawlessly all the time. They are very well built products, gets the job done at way lower price point. I heard about aciq from my HVAC contractor and after researching about this brand name, I decided to try it out, I am glad I did that. Our contractor just finished installing this mini split in our Garage and it looks and works very well.
Very quiet, efficient, and gets the job done. They also come with decent warranty too depending on your model. Hoping never have to deal with the warranty though!
I would highly recommend these units if you can find local contractor who can install these professionally.

Installed this system myself. Had to call tech support a few times to keep me on track, which was a big help.
Watched some generic youtube videos as well.
This system works great and is keeping g my 2500sqft home in Tahoe warm.

My purchase went smoothly, had a couple of hiccups with delivery but nothing drastic. Since this was my first experience with installing a minisplit, the instructions on installing were very difficult to follow. Because of this it did take a little longer to figure out. The hvac tech that I had contacted took some time to get here so the unit wasn't charged until yesterday. So far, I am very happy with the product performance.

You guys did a great job

You guys did a great job. Bought a mini split unit and a conventional hvac system last fall. We just got time to install the mini split. We had problems with the new unit. We had to go through some back and forth with your company but in the end you sent me a new outside unit. It now works flawlessly. My hvac technician said he we was surprised you sent out a new unit instead of throwing parts at it like he has had companies do in the past. I have a repair shop and the unit is in my office and waiting room . You would be surprised how many customers ask about the unit and where I purchased it.
I tell them hvac direct and they stand behind the product.
