Don't call a so called pro

So much easier than I thought. Great service, great price and FREE shipping. Now to purchase the A/C unit... hopefully that's just as easy!

Great furnace

There was a shipping error that caused the furnace to be delivered 4 days after I was told. They let me know and it was all figured out. No problems at all with the Furnace.

Much cheaper than calling the "pro's"

All in all it was an ok transaction. The furnace was damaged in shipping but it was an easy return. The only downfall was that I had to wait for them to get the furnace back before they would ship out another one. Which ended up taking almost a week. Not bad but I was without heat during that time.
