Write a customer review- Purchase went smoothlyPrice100%Quality100%Service100%My purchase went smoothly, had a couple of hiccups with delivery but nothing drastic. Since this was my first experience with installing a minisplit, the instructions on installing were very difficult to follow. Because of this it did take a little longer to figure out. The hvac tech that I had contacted took some time to get here so the unit wasn't charged until yesterday. So far, I am very happy with the product performance.
