Question about thermostat

The ac works fine. The heating system does not respond to the heat setting. For example the room temperature will be at 72 when the remote will be at 65.I dont know if this can be addressed. Thank you

Very good heater/air conditioner

Purchased the Mitsubishi unit due to the reputation and reviews on it. The unit has performed great thus far (about 1.5 months since install). It is super quiet, keeps room at even temp, and is easy to control via the remote.

The best there is.

This is the 6th Mitsubishi mini splits I have purchased in 7 years. The first one is still working perfectly.I expect the same of this one.

My son had installed a 36k and recommended the Mitsubishi to me!

Very pleased with the 12k BTU UNIT. Install myself in wife’s “SHE SHED” Hired my AC man to do the leak test and electrical evaluate. Everything was perfect! The cooling is super!!
