Amazing and efficient unit. Had a couple of issues with it In 5 years the blower fan had a loose connector and making unit to shut off randomly and recall a bit worried but it’s like with every other manufacturer. The best part is they took care of the issues and works flawlessly. Will buy another if I have to ! A+

We had this unit installed in 2022 by an independent contractor. Cools great, but it's quite loud. Do wish it was a little quieter. But on the bright side, it cools nicely without too many problems.

Like the unit . Had an old Goodman unit which was about 41 years old. Had to replace it. Bought a new Goodman GSX130301. It was installed on July 22. 2022. Very cold air. Just very noise.

I have had this product for about 3 weeks. Works very good. Happy with the GSX 130301 a/c unit. My old a/c unit was a Goodman it lasted 45 year old. My old unit was put in in 1977. That is why I bought another Goodman a/c unit.

The product works great, I enjoy shopping with you guys for any product and promote your business to others. Upon receiving their was a medium size dent on the sheet metal jacket, however everything works fine and I can mostly hide the dent. So no worries

I got a Goodman 96% 2 stage 60k BTU my furnace is so quiet and the best thing of all my Energy bill went down. I had a 25yr old furnace and was making so much noise we did know if it would turn back on after running & the heat coming out of the air ducts was so loud we had to turn up the TV. Thank you Goodman thank you for making a great product.

I’m not a review guy. I figure why write a good review when good customer service should be the norm, right? Well we all know its not. I called hvacdirect and was put in touch with sales rep. Sean. He was awesome. I had the A/C model my hvac guy told me to order but wondered if there was a higher seer unit. Sean hooked me up. Fast forward to delivery day, which btw was only two weeks after ordering, I inspected condensing unit and case coil. The case coil was a different model than ordered. After a brief freak out, a call to Sean (unanswered) and search of the website I determined that this unit would fit and was actually a better unit than the one I ordered. I accepted delivery. Sean returned my call minutes later, he confirmed it was an upgraded model due to availability of the model ordered and it would work for me. Sean was great and hvacdirect did right by getting me a unit in a timely fashion. We will be installing the unit this weekend and hoping for some hot weather to try it out. I would recommend calling hvacdirect if you have hvac needs.

My nephew who is licensed installed it, the line set and coil, cools great, very happy. Quiet as well.

This was the first time adding a TXV kit. I was reluctant because you could just leave the unit with the standard set orifice. But, now 7 months later, it's been working fine. It makes sense to put one, just like a thermostat for a car. It makes things run consistent on the output.
