We just ordered three AC systems from your site and everything arrived in a timely manner.
Your pricing is fair.

Your salesmen and support staff are doing a great job. I know you are dealing with some supply chain issues which prompted your sales guy to reach out to me and suggest another brand that was available.

I know sometimes some negative comments are good to give you something to work on but for now; you guys seem to have a good process in place.

We're going to be ordering many more AC systems from you guys in the coming months. Keep up the good work.

Great unit

This condenser is great. Was a fast setup with no complications by our air guy to replace old one. www.hvacdirect.com was the cheapest on the unit and they were fast i ordered on Thursday received on Friday. They shipped from Ohio to Illinois with speed, accuracy, and great customer service. Delivery company was R & L and they surprised me willing to deliver onto our long dead end road out in the middle of nowhere with a full length semi trailer, we did end up meeting them at end of the lane but that was our call to be easier on them.... I am beyond impressed and beyond thrilled....thank you soo much hvacdirect and R&L......i will certainly recommend yall in the future!????

Pleased with HVAVdirect's service and support. The lift gate service seems like a $35 bogus charge. Other than that, delivery was 3 business days from OH to MD. Equipment looked great and had recent mfgr date stamps. Equipment installed well with no issues. I would buy from HVACdirect again.

I'm glad I added it.

This was the first time adding a TXV kit. I was reluctant because you could just leave the unit with the standard set orifice. But, now 7 months later, it's been working fine. It makes sense to put one, just like a thermostat for a car. It makes things run consistent on the output.
