- Good equipment, good price!!!I was reluctant to purchase hvac equipment on line worrying about what it would look like after shipping. I'm here to tell you that I've never seen anything packing so well and protected! Furnace, condenser and a acoil were all individually pallitized and then put on a regular pallet all together. Even had foam between everything! I don't think it could have been hurt it it was rolled down the highway. Kudos to your shipping department. I've purchased more equipment since this system and all was just as great. Thank hvacdirect.com! Well done

- GreatThe customer service was great! Had trouble finding an HVAC tech to finish the install so I took it on myself and it turned out great. Fabbed in the old duct work but put it on the to do list to upgrade at a later date.There was somewhat of a learning but will be able to do the annual service myself. Only suggestion I have is the communication between the delivery carrier and accepting a delivery. The industry standard and customer rights are confusing, HVACDirect customer service handled most wonderfully. Were enjoying are central air immensly, Thank-You

- Working fineEvrything seems to be working fine. My intaller, robert, owner of wordinger heating and cooling inc, was inpressed with the airquest. He had never used one before, nor had he purchased any thing from hvac direct. It sounded ad though he may become a customer of hvacdirect.

- well builtOrder arrived in a timely manner. It was nicely packaged for proper transport without damage. All items on order were present.
No installation manuals, no owners manuals and no warranty paperwork were included with shipment, very disappointed in that! With the exception of the filter box I did get some paperwork with it.
