Was a fast setup with no complications by our air guy to replace old one. www.hvacdirect.com was the cheapest on the unit and they were fast i ordered on Thursday received on Friday. They shipped from Ohio to Illinois with speed, accuracy, and great customer service. Delivery company was R & L and they surprised me willing to deliver onto our long dead end road out in the middle of nowhere with a full length semi trailer, we did end up meeting them at end of the lane but that was our call to be easier on them.... I am beyond impressed and beyond thrilled....thank you soo much hvacdirect and R&L......i will certainly recommend yall in the future!????

- Very PleasedPleased with HVAVdirect's service and support. The lift gate service seems like a $35 bogus charge. Other than that, delivery was 3 business days from OH to MD. Equipment looked great and had recent mfgr date stamps. Equipment installed well with no issues. I would buy from HVACdirect again.
