Bought the Goodman 3 ton AC and 80,000 btu furnace. Installed it myself following months of learning about AC systems. I guess I did everything right because I'm now going into my 7th cooling season and everything is working fine here in Space Coast Florida. Go Artemis II We get launches every day almost but this one was really nice to watch.

The sales support person was very helpful. He asked questions that I had not thought of. This resulted in an order that exactly satisfied my requirements. I have a split system that I was replacing only the AC section and retaining the gas furnace section. He made sure that we had the correct measurements for the condenser/coil pack. This saved me from having to return and replace components.
As promised the order was shipped the next business day, with a tracking number and carrier information.
My order arrived on schedule with no damage, and correct as per the order. Everything fit perfectly. The carrier who delivered, unloaded and placed the order in my garage.
HVACDIRECT exceeded my expectations. My contact was very knowledgeable, patient, and enjoyable to work with. I will soon be requiring another AC unit and I plan to purchase from HVACDirect.
