No problems

This was an open box item that was in good shape except the internal wiring was not properly routed through the strain reliefs between the burner and fan sides. The wires were routed through a sharp metal hole and were starting to frey. Beware of open box items, this wiring took me only a few minutes to correct.

Best furnace I ever bought.

I've yet to install any of the products, however working with HVAC direct has been a great experience. Customer service is very helpful and responsive and any issues we're worked out quickly.

Bought this AC single stage condenser and connected to a GCVC961005CN variable speed furnace and both are working great. Had to download the Goodman CoolCloudHAC App to configure the furnace so it knew it was talking to a single stage AC, otherwise it thought it was talking to a multistage AC which it wasn't so the AC would never go on full.

After twenty years, my old Trane condenser bite the duct. Also my evaporator coil was a leaky mess. I had to replace both of them. After surfing the internet I found HVACDIRECT.com, I was able to place my order with the help from Mr. Brock. The condenser and the coil was delivered to my residence on time and In good shape . My system was installed by a HVAC professional,and everything worked out great. Thanks HVACDIRECT

I just replace my 45 year old electric heat furance as I Switch over to AFUE 98% gas variable speed furance as it is so super quiet and heat output is a lot faster than electric heat elment as I just Love my brand new Goodman 98% gas furance as my husband is very happy we choice high engery effects gas furance which we Love quiet furance. I high recommed you to buy AFUE 98% gas furance as super saves fuel it sure make world go green earth

They have the best price and saves you thousands over the dealers that want to sell and install a new system for you. The first Evaporator coil housing was damaged by the shipper and HVAC Direct sent me a new on immediately. It's been cold out since it had my system installed so I cannot comment on how it works yet.
