Installed and working. It replaced a smaller unit and the measurements were the same. This worked out well. As noted in a previous communication the delivery was not good. Delivery person did not call and simply left in the grass nest to the building in the snow. Product is working well. Later this winter will really tell.

Thanks for the help selecting the right heater. It works great although I had the same furnace which lasted almost 20 years and the instalation made that a breeze. Im really enjoying having heat again.Id also like to thank the lady that helped me order it. She was awesome. The heater is very quiet and heats up the shop fast. I got the 45,000 btu Reznor and I don’t have much to say about it other than it’s been great so far and exactly what I needed. No complaints all positive from HVACDirect

I was very pleased with the customer service. The conversion kit that came was incorrect for the heater but they got me the correct one in a timely manner.
