Thanks to the online manual, I was able to get all the pieces of duct I needed to convert rectangle to square made before the unit arrived. I ended up doing all the install myself. Very satisfied!

- Love itThe Pros: Holding this unit for 3 months and just put it in! Installation was super easy! So quiet you can hardly hear it run. Highly recommend this unit for sure! Thank you HVACDirect.
The con(s): The square to round 14" adapter does not really fit this unit the best. Instead of square, it should be more rectangle to fit.
