I would like to say that the air conditioning unit I ordered was for my parents house. My parents are 90 and 86. The unit was delivered and it is working wonderfully. It is saving them money each month because it is much more efficient than their old unit. But, I really wanted to compliment the young man who helped me on the phone. I don't remember his name now, but he got the unit I wanted and made sure that it was going to be delivered quickly. As we were experiencing hotter weather than normal and my parents was relying on a window unit to keep them cool until a new unit could ne put in. This young man made sure I had everything I needed. I really thank him and the company for having such good customer service. My only complaint would be that when the unit arrived. I had paid for a truck with a lift gate to unload the unit. The truck did not have a working lift gate. So my son-in-law had to use his tractor to get the unit off the truck. We would have been out of luck if we had not had a tractor as the unit weighs a lot and I paid for something I didn't get.
